About this role
Engineering Manager We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join Smartly in Mexico City and lead a full-stack engineering team within our 250+ person Product & Engineering organization. Your team will build the next generation of AI-driven workflows on top of our core product, from creative editing and manipulation to intelligent automation that helps customers produce high-performing content at scale. You’ll combine people leadership with strong technical judgment, helping your team turn complex problems into intuitive experiences that customers can rely on.
