Lead Product Designer As a Lead Product Designer at Smartly, you will help shape the future of our platform by deeply understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and defining product experiences that create meaningful impact. You will lead discovery alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers, translating insights and complex customer workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences. Our Product Designers are closely involved throughout the product development process.
