About this role

About the Role The Solutions Specialist solves operational and technical workflow challenges by designing, building, and maintaining scalable automations and custom solutions within the Smartly platform and Google Apps Script environment. This person partners with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into reliable workflows, scripts, integrations, and platform configurations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. In the first 12 months, this hire will be accountable for reducing manual work, improving implementation quality and stability, and expanding regional delivery capacity through faster, more standardized technical solutioning. They will also help strengthen troubleshooting, QA, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.…
