About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in both robotic machining and CNC router operations. The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes. KKey Responsibilities Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred). Generate toolpaths, perform simulations, and troubleshoot errors prior to production. Support and operate multi‑axis CNC machines. Optimize programs for cycle time, material efficiency, and machining quality . Execute full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures, and calibration.
