About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Interior Engineering Team Leader to lead our Interior Engineering team and oversee the complete technical and production implementation of yacht interior projects. The ideal candidate must have solid professional experience in the yacht industry , with a strong understanding of yacht interior outfitting, furniture production, materials, installation, and technical coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling the work of the Interior Engineering team , while maintaining continuous communication with designers, production, purchasing, and other departments.…
