Foreman

Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate daily joinery, carpentry, modular and fit-out activities, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, required quality standards, production schedules and safety requirements. The Foreman will lead the workshop/site team, allocate work, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpenters, joiners and fit-out workers. Allocate tasks to team members based on production priorities, skills and workload.
