About this role

ob Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with hands‑on experience in CNC router machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and validating CNC programs to ensure high‑precision machining for marine, composite, and large‑scale manufacturing processes . Key Responsibilities Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred). Generate toolpaths, perform simulations, and troubleshoot errors prior to production. Support and operate multi‑axis CNC machines. Optimize programs for cycle time, material efficiency, and machining quality . Execute full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures, and calibration. Monitor machining operations and adjust parameters for accuracy and quality. Perform routine machine maintenance.…
