About this role

🎬 The Role Our client is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Senior HR Manager to drive and manage their day-to-day people operations. This position is based in the UAE (with flexibility for candidate placement within the wider GCC region). As the company undergoes rapid expansion, the successful candidate will be the main point of contact on the ground for all operational HR functions—from managing daily employee relations and local compliance to executing recruitment plans and overseeing monthly payroll. The client needs a grounded, proactive HR professional who loves getting their hands dirty, understands the local labor landscape inside and out, and can seamlessly keep the operational engine running across the UAE, Middle East, and international hubs.…
