POSITION OVERVIEW: The Heavy Haul Logistics/Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the planning, permitting, dispatch, and transportation of oversized and overweight cargo. This role ensures compliant, safe, and efficient movement of project freight while maintaining communication across teams and partners. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Verifies project scope. Confirms project requirements. Plan load out, routing and delivery sequence of project modules. Execute daily dispatch of drivers based on project schedules. Coordinate OS/OW permits and ensure compliance. Monitor Shipments and resolve delays. Creates and uploads necessary paperwork, BOL, PL, CI Maintain continuous communication with drivers, escorts, and field teams during active hauls.…
