About this role

Regulate and guide physical development in Tatu City by reviewing architectural and development proposals. Ensure compliance with zoning, planning regulations, building codes, and city guidelines. Align development with the city’s vision for sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality urban environments. Review building plans and applications for planning acts, building codes, setbacks, parking, fire protection, ventilation standards and other parameters compliance.
