Head of Finance

Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other required reports. Manage finance team for all projects in Kenya. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement strategies to monitor, measure, and mitigate liquidity risk exposure across the organization Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during annual audits and regulatory examinations. Assist department heads and senior management in developing annual budgets. Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
