Position Summary: The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the TDECU’s end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across payroll administration, payroll systems, regulatory compliance, reporting, reconciliation, policies, procedures, payroll calendars, processing schedules and internal controls.
