Financial Controller / Head of Finance Carolina First Home | Greenville, SC (Downtown) | Hybrid Full-Time | $100,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus THE OPPORTUNITY Carolina First Home is a real estate investment company that has spent over a decade helping families achieve homeownership through creative financing solutions when traditional banks say no. We're scaling aggressively, growing from our current portfolio of roughly 120 properties toward 225-250 additional properties and a $50M portfolio over the next three years, and we're looking for a Financial Controller / Head of Finance to build the financial infrastructure that gets us there.
