Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist — Real Estate & Mortgage Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred; Central considered) Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $52,000 base salary + performance bonuses. On-target earnings of $129,000 /year. About the Opportunity Kinsfolk Signature Realty and Kinsfolk Mortgage are building a real estate and mortgage ecosystem where the two businesses fuel each other, roughly 85% of our real estate closings come from referrals through our mortgage side. We're growing fast and looking for our first dedicated in-house recruiter to help us build a real, repeatable process for bringing top real estate talent onto our team.
