Qualifications Commercial GC Superintendent – Crestwood, KY Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite activities. Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain strong safety standards. Manage Procore, including daily logs, inspections, drawings, photos, punch lists, and closeout. Lead jobsite coordination and progress meetings. Review contractor scopes and assist with change orders. Coordinate inspections, approvals, and overall jobsite logistics. Work closely with the Project Manager, clients, and city officials. Must be onsite whenever construction work is underway.
