About this role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects. Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors. Coordinate field operations, materials, and site logistics. Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Review plans and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Coordinate with PMs, architects, clients, and vendors. Conduct site inspections and maintain daily reports. Resolve field issues and coordinate inspections. Requirements: 10+ years of construction supervision experience. Strong commercial tenant improvement/interior build-out experience. Knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.…
