About Responsibilities: Oversight for all phases of the construction project from initiation to execution and completion. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design and construction requirements are met. Establish project objectives and determine the best methods to achieve them. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and report on financial performance and resolve any budget-related issues.
