Job Description 岗位内容: 1.主导组织与人才分析、人才评估,盘点等。 2.主导关键技术岗位的胜任力模型搭建与专项培训。 3. 搭建数字化学习与人才发展平台,整合人才标准,评估,学习发展和人才结构分析等,为事业部人才决策提供专业支持。 4. 跨部门与全球化协作,协助总部培训项目在中国区成功落地。 岗位要求: 1. 全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、组织心理学或相关领域优先。 2. 5年以上培训与人才发展经验,有半导体/高科技行业背景者优先。 3.擅长精通人才发展工具(如胜任力模型、360评估、测评工具等)。 4.出色的项目管理和跨部门协作能力。 5.英语6级或日语2级,可以作为工作语言。
