ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own our AUTOMATE practice end-to-end, the layer of our Agentic Growth Stack where we ship multi-agent systems for enterprise clients in the €30k to €150k range. This is the most critical practice for our market positioning: we are a HubSpot Diamond Partner and Anthropic Partner, on a path to DACH Category Leader for Agentic Revenue Operations by 2028, and the only consultancy in our market combining HubSpot platform expertise with genuine multi-agent delivery at enterprise scale.
The seat does not exist yet. You'll be the first to hold it.
You'll scale the AI Team from 5 to 10+ FTE across Lisbon and Tbilisi within 12 months. You'll publish the methodology by which we scope, price, build, and operate agent systems.…
