About this role

Responsibilities Position Summary The Quality & Process Specialist LAC will be responsible for supporting project quality activities across Latin America & Caribbean, ensuring structured problem resolution, effective root cause analysis, document control, process standardization, and knowledge retention. This position will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Fulfillment, After-Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Global Quality to ensure project issues are properly investigated, corrective actions are implemented, and organizational learning is captured and incorporated into company processes. Additionally, the role will support the gradual development of the LAC Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 principles.…
