Job Description UW Medical Center-Montlake has a leadership opportunity for a Nurse Manager to join our Main Operating Room within Surgical Services in a full-time role . DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION This role partners with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across the perioperative continuum. The Nurse Manager has 24-hour accountability for clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and patient experience.
