Job Description UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Pre Liver Transplant Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Services team in a Per Diem role. The focuses on the duties related to the pre-transplantation phase and will include procurement call. Management for the designated transplant patient population includes independent patient assessment, triage, education, coordination of medical and nursing care, and documentation of care. Integral to the role is an understanding of the regulations and data requirements surrounding transplant care issued from the United Network of Organ Sharing and HRSA.…
