Job Summary The Catering Sales Manager will solicit new and repeat business by selling, negotiating, and closing the space to catering events for the SMERFE (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, Fraternal, and Entertainment) market, wedding, and other assigned market segments while ensuring business profitability. The Catering Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate event details with internal teams, service events and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
