Job Summary The Employee Relations Specialist will provide support relating to all aspects of employee relations. This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints and escalating these complaints to the appropriate level. Will assist in communicating changes regarding company policies, goals and/or initiatives. Will respond to employee violations of policies and assist to resolve conflict in the workplace.
