Role Overview The Façade Supervisor will lead the onsite construction of the Brick façade. The role will act as the primary contact and coordinator for the Bricklayers, Brickwork accessories installers, Window installers, scaffolders, fire barrier installers etc. The Façade Supervisor will be working closely with the Site Manager, Site Engineers and Project Manager. The Façade Supervisor will drive Brickwork quality and output on the project. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and coordinate bricklaying operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes. Plan daily and weekly activities, allocating labour, materials and equipment to maximise productivity and meet construction milestones.…
