Senior Quantity Surveyor The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual performance of building projects throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Pre-Contract and Tender Stage Reviewing and familiarising yourself with tender documentation. Supporting the preparation of commercial objectives, budgets, and targets for projects. Assisting with post-tender negotiations and contract preparation activities. Contract Delivery Stage Managing the procurement and appointment of subcontractors. Attending and contributing to pre-award meetings. Preparing and maintaining contract documentation, schedules, and records. Managing interim applications, valuations, and variation accounts. Carrying out measurement and cost control activities.…
