Role Overview The Finishing Supervisor will oversee and coordinate finishing activities across site operations, ensuring high-quality completion of internal and external finishes, adherence to programme milestones and compliance with health, safety and quality standards. This role will supervise finishing teams, manage subcontractor performance, and work closely with site management and trade operatives to deliver defect-free handovers that meet client expectations.
