Job Description Wentworth Institute of Technology Police Department is seeking applicants for the position of Public Safety Ambassador . The Public Safety Ambassador is a non-union, unarmed, non-sworn position without arrest authority. The Public Safety Ambassador will patrol and monitor a university campus, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and visitors. Candidates must have at least two years of prior experience performing similar campus or property walking patrol duties, along with work center experience answering phones, dispatching calls, and coordinating security responses. Strong communication, observation, and incident response skills are required. Essential Functions: Patrol buildings, grounds, and environs of the university. Answer non-emergency calls for service.…
