The Role The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment through the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role supports operational excellence by minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. What You'll Do (Impact Areas) Maintenance Management Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
