What You Will Do Support manufacturing processes through standardization, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives. Drive efforts to improve product quality, process adherence, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Conduct manufacturing and product quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage and maintain process technical specifications for battery production. Support battery design and process validation builds while executing manufacturing engineering projects on time and within budget. Develop business cases and supporting documentation for capital and improvement projects. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for manufacturing processes and training.…
