About this role
What You Will Do Design, develop, and implement quality tests and statistical process control procedures to achieve manufacturing quality specifications. Conduct annual plant quality audits across manufacturing facilities. Lead investigations and resolution of customer quality concerns and complaints. Serve as a project leader for cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. Support new product and process development activities while ensuring APQP requirements are met.
