About this role

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, customer service, or guest relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS). Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage. Ability to travel between properties/sites as required. Preferred Experience: Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or luxury hospitality.…
