Procurement Officer

Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for civil projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions. Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate with project, planning, and site teams to meet project procurement requirements. Monitor supplier performance, material quality, and compliance with project specifications. Handle snagging and Defects Liability Period (DLP) procurement requirements and coordinate rectification activities.
