Site Engineer

Key Requirements & Responsibilities: Proven experience in finishing, snagging and de-snagging works for villas/residential projects. Good knowledge of finishing activities including tiling, marble, painting, gypsum/false ceiling, joinery, doors, sanitary works and other architectural finishes. Ability to independently supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across multiple villas. Coordinate multiple subcontractors and specialist contractors, ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of workmanship. Plan and allocate manpower, materials and site resources based on daily and weekly work priorities.…
