About the role A new and exciting position as Transitions Manager at Workman, responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of transitions in and out of the firm’s managed portfolio. This role requires a proactive leader with market-leading expertise in both on-boarding and off-boarding individual properties and portfolios. This is a unique opportunity to build and then lead an in-house transitions team at Workman, shaping the future of transitions management within the business. What matters most in this role Ability to plan, structure, and deliver transitions from start to finish. Managing multiple on-boarding and off-boarding projects simultaneously.
