About this role

We are currently seeking Paralegals and Contract Managers to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries. Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate and/or support the delivery of a broad range of commercial contracts. Support matters involving services and consulting agreements, licensing and content agreements, software-development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLAs, e-commerce agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract tracking, administration, document management, stakeholder coordination, execution and post-signature support. Partner with legal, sales, procurement and business teams while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.…
