Employee Relations Investigator

Axiom is supporting a large global technology company seeking an organised and thoughtful Employee Relations Investigator to join its investigations team. You will manage employee investigations from case assignment through to final determination. The role involves more than fact-finding: you will assess the evidence, decide outcomes and confidently explain and support your findings. You will conduct fair, thorough and timely interviews with employees and contractors about sensitive workplace matters. You’ll need to build trust quickly, ask thoughtful questions and approach complex employee relations issues with care and sound judgement.
