About this role

We are currently on the lookout for legal consultants with strong GMSLA experience to join our ranks and support our Fortune 500 financail service clients: Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate GMSLAs and related trading / collateral documents. Support front office and operations on legal and commercial issues in securities lending. Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards. Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations. Key Requirements Strong hands‑on experience in GMSLA negotiation and documentation (qualified or non‑qualified negotiator).
