About this role

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience on a part-time basis to join our ranks and support our clients: Lead and support M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing, working with external counsel Requirements & Qualifications Circa 5-10 years’ PQE experienced in advising / supporting M&A transactions from financial institutions/ corporates / law firms Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
