About this role
CMS is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in our Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool, Bristol or Edinburgh office. The Legal Services Unit is the central paralegal team at CMS, assisting the associates and partners across the different departments in the UK offices on a wide variety of tasks and projects. The role will be focussed on supporting our energy and utilities clients with English law transactions including: leading on negotiating and completing easements and wayleaves as well as options for and variations to such documents; and assisting with purchases and leases of sub-stations , radio sites, construction compounds and equivalent.…
