If you have experience in plans, organizes, control, and manage Site Facilities, which include operations, maintenance, and space planning, facility civil/structural/architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems, you are the right candidate for this job. Job Description Oversee and manage subcon facilities team Oversee the functioning of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and wastewater systems management, cleanrooms, manufacturing areas, office spaces & etc. Control, monitors, and approve budget and contract services for start up projects Space planning and layout and utility systems capacity to support manufacturing requirements.…
