Responsibilities Develop and sustain laser-based processes that achieves product and process performance goals through understanding of process and equipment design and solid understanding of laser-material interactions. Devise process yield and UPH improvements plans based on fundamentals of laser-material interaction chemistry and physics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of process engineers, mechanical engineers, and test engineers to develop process and tooling for next generation cell designs that is capable for large scale manufacturing.
