IT Support Engineer Role Summary We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on Level 2 support for workplace technology and manufacturing operations at our Malaysia site, with responsibility for supporting users across global locations. You will restore user and production capability, perform junior workplace engineering activities under established standards, and own incidents through diagnosis, escalation, validation, and closure.
