About this role
1. Indirect Sourcing Operations Execute purchasing for indirect materials, equipment, and services, including MRO (PR intake, RFQ, quote comparison, PO issuance, goods receipt, and invoice settlement). Support RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, analyze bids, and assist with supplier selection. Support negotiation of commercial terms (price, delivery, payment terms) and assist with contract drafting and document management. 2. Supplier Management Register new suppliers and maintain master data for existing suppliers, including key information and performance records. Act as the first point of contact to coordinate corrective actions when delivery, quality, or service issues arise.
