Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Monitor process performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence. Analyze process data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and waste elimination. Perform FMEA, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve process-related issues. Establish and maintain Work Instructions, OCAP, FMEA and Control Plan documents as per QMS requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to maintain stable production processes.…
