Job Summary: To lead and manage operation team and to supervise with responsibility for operate production processes. Working with Engineering, Equipment, Supply chain and Contract Manufacturer to develop on manufacturing and/or Product Line strategies and plans and leads action in support of these strategies to meet KPI. Manage and establish production and/or shipment targets for areas of responsibility. Driving cross functional team for meeting targets and improving production performance in support of the business goals of quality, cost, delivery, and time-to-market. Responsible for the selection, training and development of strong production team from supervisor to shopfloor technical specialist and manufacturing specialist team.…
