About this role
Our client, an established company operating within the apertures manufacturing and installation industry in Malta , is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for the overall performance, organisation and efficiency of its operational functions. This is a senior, hands-on managerial role for an individual who can oversee multiple operational departments, ensure managers and teams are working effectively together, and continuously improve productivity, processes and accountability across the business. The Operations Manager will work closely with key functions including Production, Projects, Procurement, Stores and Administration , ensuring that the overall operation has the people, resources, processes and structure required to meet the company's objectives.…
