SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general upkeep throughout the property. This position assists in maintaining residential units, common areas, building systems, equipment, and facilities in safe, clean, functional, and presentable condition. The Maintenance Technician responds to maintenance requests, identifies potential problems, performs repairs within the scope of the position, and assists with maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
