About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, working with stakeholders at every level of the client organization. Partner with engineering and product colleagues to pass along field insights, while building deep expertise in the product. What you'll do - Lead implementations end to end, from discovery and workflow mapping through configuration, launch and user adoption. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders ranging from day-to-day operators to executive sponsors. - Work closely with engineering and product teams to turn customer feedback into roadmap input.…
