About this role

[What the role is] This is a frontline first response role with the Water Reclamation (Network) Department at PUB. As Assistant Engineer/Senior Assistant Engineer, you will be part of the frontline first response shift team to manage sewerage and sanitary feedback, ensuring the timely resolution of the feedback while maintaining high standards of stakeholder engagement and service quality. [What you will be working on] Lead and supervise a team to respond to and perform hands-on site investigations and resolutions of sewerage and sanitary related feedback and incidents (e.g. choke clearing using rodding equipment, opening of manhole covers for investigative works, etc) according to operational and safety SOPs.…
